Rumsfeld Sued for War Crimes

Donald Rumsfeld, the orchestrater of chaos himself, is being sued by two human rights groups over his alleged approval of torture for Afghan and Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib and Guantanomo Bay, Cuba. The two organizations, the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) and the organization Human Rights First are focusing on a 2002 memo in which Rumsfeld specified which kinds of torture were to be used in the "war on terror".

I heard Sen. Norm Coleman (R-MN) a while back talking about the U.N. Oil-for-Food scandal and he was calling for Kofi Annan to resign from his U.N. position because when something goes wrong, the person in charge has to take the blame. As you probably know, this applies to everyone outside of the Bush administration. The ACLU isn't head-hunting for someone "in charge". No. Rumsfeld is one of the primary reasons why hundreds of our soldiers are performing grotesque, in-humane, and systematic torture on detainees and prisoners. He is not only in charge, he is to blame. The CNN Article here.
